Job summary

Sage is seeking a People BI and Reporting Manager to lead global People reporting, governance and continuous improvement. You will shape how workforce data is used, manage a growing reporting team and deliver trusted dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.

You will join the Data Architecture team in Digital Services, ensuring data is accurate, secure and fit for purpose, with a hybrid work pattern requiring 3 days in the Johannesburg office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Strong BI, analytics and reporting expertise.
• Experience leading a reporting or analytics team.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in BI, data or SQL development roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for People reporting and BI.
• Lead delivery of accurate, timely global workforce reporting.
• Develop scalable reports, dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with People leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Provide actionable workforce insights to support decisions.
• Drive adoption of workforce analytics, KPIs and data products.
• Ensure reporting meets governance, privacy, quality standards.
• Maintain integrity and trust of People data.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
