Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Talent Insight Designer & Technical Lead in South Africa to design, build, and enhance HR analytics products within Tier 1 HR applications. You will create dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics that inform Talent & Culture leaders and business managers.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR analytics capabilities and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP People Intelligence, Phenom People, Skillsoft, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience designing HR dashboards and operational reports.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Stories and related HR tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain HR analytics products and dashboards.
• Develop reports, embedded analytics, and self-service reporting.
• Translate requirements into analytics outputs and visuals.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data quality.
• Support dashboard adoption and educate users on insights.
