Job summary

Sasol is seeking a highly experienced People Analytics Specialist to drive strategic, data-based workforce insights at a global level. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and Centers of Expertise to translate complex people data into actionable recommendations across hiring, retention, mobility, performance, and diversity.

By combining consulting, statistics, data science and storytelling, you will identify trends, risks and opportunities, and deliver scalable reporting using Power BI,

Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in people analytics and workforce insights.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic people analytics projects across global topics.
• Translate challenges into analytical problem statements and hypotheses.
• Apply regression, forecasting, segmentation and predictive analyses.
• Consult stakeholders with evidence-based insights and context.
• Build narrative visuals for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Establish standards for analytics approaches, metrics and interpretation.
• Manage analytics projects end-to-end with cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies for data consistency.
• Serve as a SME, bringing external perspectives and continuous improvement.
