Playroll is seeking a Head of Partnerships in Johannesburg to scale a global partner program. You will lead enterprise partner deals end to end, coach Managers, and drive revenue growth with resellers and referrals, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure a best-in-class partner experience.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B partnerships with a proven track record of growing partner revenue and closing large deals.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B partnerships, alliances or channel sales
• Experience growing partner-sourced revenue against targets
• Experience building partner programs or GTM motions from strategy through execution
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing Enterprise deals
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and with partners
• Data-driven approach to pipeline, forecasting and partner performance

Aufgaben

• Own the partnerships and strategic alliances revenue target, across existing and net new partners
• Lead high-value, Enterprise-grade partner deals end to end, closing with senior stakeholders
• Lead, coach and grow Partnership Managers and Strategic Alliances Managers, with clear targets and performance standards
• Grow existing partner revenue through account mapping, joint pipeline generation and co-selling
• Design and run the partner acquisition GTM: partner ICP, recruitment, onboarding and enablement
• Structure and negotiate reseller, referral and white-label agreements that are commercially sound and scalable
• Build executive relationships with key partners and act as senior escalation point
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to make partners successful and deliver a strong end-client experience
• Build reporting and forecasting on partner performance, pipeline and revenue
• Work with Partner Success and Delivery on onboarding, account management, renewals, escalations and growth
