Liquid Thought Group is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients in South Africa, with a remote-first setup and Johannesburg-based preference.

You will drive executive reviews, renewals, upsells and product adoption, align roadmaps with client needs, and partner with product, marketing and solutions teams to maximise revenue and client value.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in client management, account management or customer success in financial services or fintech.
• Track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts in SA.
• Experience owning commercial outcomes end-to-end, including renewals and expansions.
• Exposure to SA financial services ecosystem and regulatory context (FICA/POPIA).
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive revenue outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, including tier-1 banks and FSPs, as the primary relationship lead.
• Develop and maintain account plans covering health, objectives, risks and expansion.
• Run executive business reviews and ensure measurable value delivery from the platform.
• Identify, qualify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Lead commercial conversations including pricing and scope expansions with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM and report to leadership.
