Job summary

OpenFn, the Digital Public Good for public service automation, seeks a Partner Program Director to own and grow OpenFn's partner ecosystem with implementation partners and resellers serving governments and NGOs.

You will manage the full partner lifecycle, enable sales and delivery, design a scalable certification program, and collaborate with product, services and support teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or related role, ideally with a technology or software platform.
• Track record managing a portfolio of partners and driving revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and incentive structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of software tools, especially for AI agentic management, system integration and workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fully-remote team across multiple time zones.
• Fluent, professional-level English plus one other language (Spanish or French).
• Reliable access to a quiet, dedicated remote workspace with strong internet.

Responsibilities

• Identify & onboard prospective implementation partners and resellers.
• Grow partner-driven revenue by helping partners identify opportunities and close work.
• Enable & support the partner network with training and ongoing support.
• Build & curate the partner community through regular calls, regional meetups, and content.
