You will work autonomously, manage your schedule, and guide conversations through a structured process, with ongoing training and a global organizational context spanning 120+ countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, leadership, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to understand needs, communicate value, and guide professional conversations.
• Self-directed, proactive, organized, with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships through thoughtful, personalized one-to-one communication.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand goals, explore alignment, and provide relevant information.
• Manage communication, follow-up, and relationship development throughout the decision-making process.
• Apply established systems, processes, and communication frameworks consistently.
• Independently manage your schedule, priorities, and daily activities.
