Job summary

Goodwall SA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to be the lead owner for partner programs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from relationship building to execution and reporting. You will drive partnerships with universities, NGOs, foundations, governments, and corporates to deliver measurable impact for partners and growth for Goodwall’s member base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client/partner facing roles, project management, or managing digital campaigns.
• A successful track record of ownership and delivering measurable results in line with partner success goals.
• Experience developing and implementing complex projects for corporate partners and/or international stakeholders.
• Someone who thrives on responsibility, likes owning outcomes end to end, and can work autonomously.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity across multiple programs.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excited to work in a fast paced, innovative environment where we build AI-driven systems to improve our workflows.
• Strong interest in social impact, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and building online communities.
• Creative and marketing skills are a plus.
• Experience in the social impact sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner development: Build relationships with universities, scholarship providers, NGOs, foundations, governments, and corporates, translating priorities into actionable work plans.
• New partnerships: Identify and support creation of new partnerships to grow business and member base.
• Program coordination: Lead coordination and execution of virtual programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Program design: Design educational programs based on SOPs/playbooks, partner requirements, and domain expertise.
• Program P&L and performance: Oversee P&L, track performance metrics, deliver end-of-program reports with data analysis.
• Stakeholder management: Organize partner meetings and consultations, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
