Job summary

Mindcor-InterSearch in Johannesburg is seeking an accomplished underground mining and ground support executive to drive commercial growth and strategic leadership. The role blends deep technical mining expertise with strong commercial judgment to accelerate growth locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will manage major negotiations, develop long-term client relationships, and mentor teams across Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution while traveling ~50% to support international

Qualifications

Extensive practical experience in underground mining and ground support.
Proven international business development and distributor experience.
Executive-level leadership, strategic planning, and major contract negotiation track record.
Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Rock or Geotechnical Engineering is advantageous; MBA would help.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial strategy and drive growth locally and internationally.
Build strategic relationships with mining houses, distributors, EPCM firms and engineers.
Provide technical leadership across underground mining and ground support.
Identify new markets and partnerships to expand international footprint.
Lead major commercial negotiations and develop long-term customer relationships.
Mentor commercial teams and align Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution.
