Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in mining, consulting or related industries.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting projects and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for regional team performance and strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Oversee delivery of mining studies and consulting projects to industry standards.
• Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and promoting AMC services.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Support team development through recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
