Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Remote Workforce Management to establish and lead our fully remote operational framework. Based remotely, this executive role will design policies and technology to ensure productivity and engagement of a dispersed workforce.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leading remote or distributed teams, strong experience with remote HR policies, and a track record of building a high-performing virtual culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, HR, or organizational psychology or related field.
• 10+ years leading remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of remote work technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for managing a globally distributed remote workforce.
• Establish onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs for remote productivity and well-being.
• Create and refine remote work, data security, and compliance policies.
• Advise leadership on trends in remote work management.
• Manage budgets related to remote work infrastructure and tools.
