Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years leading remote or distributed teams.
• Experience developing and implementing operational strategies for virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for remote operations across all functional areas.
• Design and implement policies and procedures for distributed workforce management.
• Select, implement, and manage the technology stack to support remote collaboration and productivity.
• Foster a strong remote company culture, promoting engagement and well-being.
• Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation for remote teams.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure onboarding, support and security for remote employees.
