Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure high availability, security and compliance of IT services.
• Manage deployments and optimize time-to-market for new features.
• Maintain service quality and monitoring per SLAs/OLAs.
• Support hub and gateway staff with IT services.
• Lead or participate in global/regional IT initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service tickets.
• Ensure data management and regulatory compliance.
