Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager specializing in Digital Transformation to join their Pretoria team. You will drive strategic digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, leading projects from concept through implementation in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 5+ years in project management with a focus on technology deployment, cloud migration, CRM, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management focused on digital transformation or technology implementations.
Experience managing projects involving cloud migration, CRM implementation, or workflow automation.
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through implementation.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, resource requirements, and budgets for digital initiatives.
Manage project teams, including internal staff, external consultants, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration.
Oversee the implementation of new digital tools, platforms, and processes, including change management strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
