Recruit-It is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of software, systems, and digital transformation initiatives across its brands. You will coordinate business and technical teams, vendors, and operations to ensure projects meet time, budget, and objective targets.

With 5+ years in project management, you will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while supporting the technology roadmap and adoption of new solutions.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Formal project management training or certification desirable.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience delivering technology, software, systems or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM or Scrum qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans and status reports.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may affect delivery.
• Ensure projects follow approved PMO standards, methodologies and governance requirements.
• Facilitate project steering committees, workshops, stand-ups and stakeholder meetings.
• Track project budgets, timelines and resource allocations.
• Manage software development and system implementation projects.
• Coordinate activities between developers, business analysts, testers, infrastructure teams and vendors.
• Support Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches depending on project requirements.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into clear project deliverables.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT and production readiness assessments.
• Facilitate solution deployment and transition into operational support.
• Build strong relationships with department heads, project sponsors and SMEs.
• Present project updates to management committees, sponsors and governance forums.
• Escalate risks, issues and change requests appropriately.
