Job summary

Bykea Technologies seeks an ambitious Agentic Sales Development Representative to design and scale an AI-powered outreach engine. You will automate prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling across global markets while coordinating a distributed network of sales interns across countries to drive local prospecting and meetings.

Qualifications

Experience in sales development, lead generation, growth operations in tech or B2B services.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and automated workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and integrations.
Ability to automate prospect research, personalized outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, and meeting scheduling across multiple tools.
Strong English communication and written skills.
Ability to research international markets and develop structured prospecting strategies.
Experience recruiting, coordinating, or managing remote interns, freelancers, or regional outreach teams is an advantage.
Ability to work with CRM systems, spreadsheets, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable building systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Build an end-to-end, AI-powered sales development engine covering prospect discovery, company and contact research, lead enrichment, prioritization, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
Develop automated workflows that move prospects from identification to engagement and meeting booking, with minimal manual intervention.
Develop AI-powered systems for personalized email outreach, WhatsApp communication, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups.
Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, and other sales development tools to create connected, repeatable workflows
Test, optimize, and scale workflows to increase outreach volume, response rates, and qualified meetings.
Build automated email and social outreach sequences across relevant channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with WhatsApp outreach supported through the intern network.
