Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local tour operators and suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate shore excursions aligned with the cruise itinerary.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Organize logistics for land experiences including transport and reservations.
• Collaborate with onboard staff to ensure seamless sea-to-land transitions.
• Monitor guest feedback to improve land experiences.
• Stay updated on local events and attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with guest inquiries related to land experiences.
