Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks a German-speaking Hospitality Operator to greet and assist German guests aboard our cruise ship, ensuring a warm and seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

You will provide information in German about dining, entertainment, and activities, coordinate guest requests with other departments, and handle complaints professionally. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a dynamic shipboard environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of cruise industry and ship operations is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on board a cruise ship
