Ten Lifestyle Group in South Africa seeks a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to design tailor-made journeys for our premium clients. You will advise premium cardholders by phone and email in German and English, and arrange reservations with airlines, hotels and travel agencies worldwide.

You bring several years of travel-industry experience, strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred), and a passion for travel, gastronomy, events and culture.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional travel industry experience (tour operator, travel agency)
• Excellent German and English written and spoken (CEFR C2)
• GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred)

Responsibilities

• Advise premium cardholders by phone and email in German and English
• Handle inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
• Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed itineraries
• Promote and sell exclusive promotions and offers
