Responsibilities

• Provide information about ship activities, events, and ports of call
• Coordinate and lead group activities and events for German-speaking guests
• Ensure guest needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas
• Act as liaison between guests and other departments on the ship
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly
• Follow safety and security procedures to ensure well-being of guests and crew
• Participate in safety drills and trainings as required
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
• Uphold company standards and policies at all times
