Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a German-speaking Land Experience Sales representative to promote and sell land experiences to cruise ship passengers in Cape Town. You will build relationships with guests and travel partners, tailoring packages that meet diverse preferences.

Qualifications

Fluency in German is required.
Previous sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with cruise ship passengers, travel agents, and other potential clients.
Promote and sell our land experiences to German-speaking passengers.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services, packages, and itineraries.
Collaborate with our team of experts to create customized land experiences for clients.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients.
Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with clients post-experience to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our services and generate new business.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
