Responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support via phone, chat and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot orders, investigate delays, and approve returns when needed.
• De-escalate customer concerns with empathy and diplomacy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, warranties and policies.
• Enter case details and updates into the CRM accurately.
• Strive to meet CSAT and first-contact resolution targets.
