Cross Border Talents in Durban is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist German customers via phone, email and chat while relocating to Umhlanga, a coastal area near the beach.

Join an international team, deliver friendly service, and help with orders, deliveries and returns while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced retail project.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open to rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Basic computer literacy.

What we're looking for
