• Experience building partnerships with schools and community groups in George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of all youth development programs.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, community centers, and other stakeholders in George, Western Cape.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and funders.
• Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for program participants.
• Represent the organization at relevant community events and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
