About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging programs for young people.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse groups of young people and adults.
• Strong organizational, project management, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as program needs dictate.
