Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth development or program management.
• Experience in curriculum development and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of youth psychology and developmental needs.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
