Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Youth Development Coordinator to design and manage impactful programs in George, Western Cape. The role focuses on educational, vocational, and recreational initiatives to empower young people and support their personal growth.

The successful candidate will lead workshops, coordinate with schools and community partners, monitor outcomes, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while guiding volunteers and staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Sciences, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth development or program management.
• Experience in curriculum development and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of youth psychology and developmental needs.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
