Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Broker to spearhead operations in George, Western Cape. You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties, foster client relationships, and drive lease and sale transactions in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, with at least 4 years of experience in CRE. This role offers commission-based remuneration and growth opportunities within Western Cape markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in commercial real estate brokerage or related sales.
• Proven track record closing commercial leases and sales.
• Strong knowledge of George and Western Cape CRE landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new commercial property listings in George.
• Conduct market analysis to determine valuations and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for properties to attract tenants/buyers.
• Lead generation through networking, cold calling, and events.
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements with favorable terms.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely updates throughout transactions.
• Stay informed about CRE market trends, regulations, and factors in the Western Cape.
• Collaborate with legal/financial professionals to close deals smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and market data.
