Job summary

Isilumko Staffing in Johannesburg is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle from briefing to placement. You will partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking and headhunting to fill vacancies.

You will conduct interviews, assessments, references and background checks, coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding, and build lasting relationships with candidates while maintaining CRM records and ensuring

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
