Placements24 is seeking a Sales Executive for the Gauteng region to drive sales growth and widen market penetration for a diverse FMCG product range. This field-based role requires frequent travel to meet retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders within the territory.

You will develop and execute effective sales plans, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing on promotions and product launches while tracking performance metrics.

Formación

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer relations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven with ability to travel extensively within Gauteng.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base within the territory.
• Identify and prospect new clients such as retailers and distributors.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships with superior service.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms for both sides.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
