Job summary

You will research target markets, engage decision-makers, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads. Strong communication, resilience, and a hunter mindset are essential, with base pay plus commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B (from the HTML)
• FX experience is a strong advantage, particularly within the UK market
• A proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, or sales support
• A genuine hunter mentality: you’re comfortable with high call volumes and you bounce back fast
• Confidence on the phone and a knack for handling objections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Above all: you’re motivated, resilient, target-driven, and financially ambitious

Responsibilities

• Running high-volume cold calling campaigns to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining a strong, healthy pipeline of prospective clients
