Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Specialist in Cape Town to drive donor acquisition, stewardship, and campaign success. You will develop strategies, manage events, and prepare compelling proposals to support a charitable organization serving the Western Cape community.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in fundraising, strong storytelling, and CRM experience to build and nurture relationships with individual and corporate donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in fundraising, development or similar non-profit role.
• Proven success in donor acquisition and portfolio management.
• Experience with major gifts, grants, events and online giving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive storytelling.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse donor segments.

Responsibilities
