Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Revenue Manager to oversee a portfolio of hotel properties from a home office. The role focuses on strategic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting to maximize occupancy and ADR across properties.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of hotel RM experience, strong data analytics, and proficiency with RMS, PMS, and channel managers. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to influence revenue across a diverse hotel

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience in the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through RM strategies.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Experience with RMS, channel managers, and PMS.
• Understanding of pricing, market segmentation, and demand forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of remote work.
• Experience with diverse hotel portfolios is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across multiple properties to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct demand forecasting and identify market opportunities and risks.
• Manage inventory and distribution channels for optimal online presence.
• Analyze market intelligence, competitor pricing, and historical data to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue plans.
• Monitor booking pace and cancellations, adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare revenue performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage RMS and ensure data integrity.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
• Stay current with RM best practices and trends.
