Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Online Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and delivering online courses.
- Proficiency with major LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging online courses using LMS.
- Collaborate with faculty to structure content and multimedia elements.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to students and instructors.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance online learning.
- Monitor course progress and analyze student performance to drive improvements.
