Qualifications

- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or similar role (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas).
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting for web-based applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the LMS ensuring optimal performance and user access.
- Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students on LMS use.
- Configure course shells, manage user accounts, and resolve LMS issues.
- Develop reports on LMS usage, completion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and instructional design teams to integrate new tools and features.
