Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Project Coordinator to join our fully remote team. You will support civil engineering projects by managing documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional communications with project managers, engineers, and external partners.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, proactive follow-up, and clear written and verbal communication in a virtual environment. You’ll monitor timelines, prepare reports, and help coordinate meetings from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2-4 years in project support or coordination, preferably civil engineering.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with project management software and collaboration tools (MS Office, SharePoint, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and organizing civil project activities.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation (drawings, reports, correspondence).
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, track action items, follow up on deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between remote team members, clients, and external parties.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and flag delays.
• Support procurement processes and vendor communications as needed.
