Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a bright, organized individual to support day-to-day operations in a Retail-focused admin role. You will handle general administration, e-commerce tasks, and task coordination, with full training provided.

Prior experience with all systems is not required—quick learners who pay attention to detail will thrive. Key responsibilities include managing Shopify and Takealot listings, coordinating catalogue assets, and assisting with retailer onboarding and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle general office administration and support day-to-day operations.
• Manage e-commerce listings and routine website updates (Shopify, Takealot).
• Coordinate product information forms and catalogue processes for retailers.
• Support logistics admin, including supplier quotes and filing of documents.
• Coordinate imagery with designers and photographers and manage file versions.
• Provide backup customer service during peak periods and maintain repairs data.
