Maziv is seeking a Project Manager to lead the FTTB Build (BMCT) project at Durban North, ZA. The role focuses on delivering the project on time and within budget, with emphasis on clear specifications, schedules, and quality controls.

You will coordinate kick-off deliverables, track milestones, manage contractors and suppliers, and report to stakeholders. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing project kick-off deliverables such as SoW and Charter.
• Ensure specifications, SOW and contracts are detailed and concluded.
• Identify dependencies and manage accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop project kick-off deliverables; soW and Charter.
• Ensure specifications, SOW and contracts are detailed and concluded properly.
• Identify project dependencies and manage accordingly.
• Set up weekly works order meetings to track target dates using Gantt charts.
• Obtain contractor documentation and monitor performance to project standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to quality plans.
• Organize activities by milestones and delegate to resources.
• Track progress in relevant systems and maintain documentation.
• Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines and performance.
• Manage forecasting and scheduling requirements.
• Oversee accounting, costing and invoicing; follow up on approvals.
• Compile reports and communicate to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
