Ideal candidates bring a relevant degree and extensive senior-management experience, with strong planning, organizational and reporting capabilities, plus proficiency in MS Project and CCS.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience as Construction Manager or senior management in building projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, planning and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple building projects in the Cape Town region.
• Provide leadership to site teams including managers and site agents.
• Coordinate daily communications, reports, and project records.
• Monitor progress, delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, programme, and schedule all active projects.
• Develop detailed programmes using MS Project.
• Use CCS for project planning and cost information.
• Ensure alignment with head office, clients, and subcontractors.
• Track performance, resources, and deadlines.
• Provide progress reports and strategic feedback to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with standards, contracts, and health and safety requirements.
