Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of JBCC and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong ability to understand construction drawings, specifications, and project programmes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and digital project documentation tools.
• Willingness to embrace emerging construction technologies, including AI-supported tools, digital dashboards, and data-driven project reporting.
