Job summary

Maziv is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator for FTTH Installations in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. You will oversee regional operational performance and maintenance teams, ensuring daily activities align with Britelink and Vuma standards and timelines.

You will provide daily reports on escalations of non-compliance by technicians and coordinate time management, assignments and quality assurance across teams.

• Communicate and provide regular feedback to the client.
• Effectively communicate department expectations to team members and contractors in a timely and clear fashion
• Monitor teams and delegate tasks accordingly

• Proactively manage changes in the department scope, ensure that any change to the scope is documented and approved.
