Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.
• Preferred NQF 5 Certificate in Banking or related field.
• 1–3 years' customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service and understand customer needs.
• Guide customers toward digital/self-service solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow portfolios.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely.
