Job summary

FNB is inviting candidates to join its Rustenburg Community Advisor Talent Pool. This frontline role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client needs, and supporting business growth through service excellence and sales enablement across multiple channels.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

Serve customers promptly and professionally, ensuring needs are understood.
Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to service standards.
Support net profit growth through sales and service, and cross-sell opportunities.
Guide customers toward Self‑Service and digital channels.
Grow the active customer base and deepen client engagement.
Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities to broaden portfolios.
Track and influence sales activities to meet targets.
Monitor service activities to improve efficiencies.
Provide accurate admin, reporting, and timely information updates.
