You will train and motivate front desk agents, assist guests with check-in/check-out, and maintain accurate guest accounts while upholding hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role with leadership potential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Train new front desk agents on procedures, systems, and customer service standards.
• Maintain the accuracy of guest accounts and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
