Job summary

Surgo (Pty) Ltd seeks a Front End supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations in Khayelitsha. You will ensure the front end is staffed, assist in hiring, train new staff, and drive performance targets set by management.

You will implement discipline, attendance, and dress code rules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean, secure store environment while delivering excellent customer experiences and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is a minimum educational requirement.
• 2 years supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train front-end staff.
• Willingness to enforce company rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Assist in hiring and inducting new staff; train and mentor team.
• Schedule staff, manage attendance, and address performance issues promptly.
