Job summary

You will plan daily operations, supervise stock handling, merchandising, promotional activities, and departmental costing, while reducing wastage and maintaining hygiene and security in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and 2 years HMR department experience required.
• 5 years store experience preferred.
• Honesty, strong customer service and teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/monthly operations of the HMR department.
• Receive stock, ensure cutting, packing and merchandising meet SPAR standards.
• Participate in sales and marketing of the HMR Department.
• Plan, organize and participate in promotional activities.
• Responsible for the general departmental costing.
• Keep wastage and shrinkage to a minimum.
