Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a proactive Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and uphold high hospitality standards. You will oversee daily operations, ensure prompt guest service, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to optimize room inventory and billing accuracy.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, including weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest service role within the hotel industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Oversee room assignments, inventory, and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes.
