Strong communication and leadership are essential to maintain high service standards. The role requires at least 2 years in front office, supervisory experience preferred, and proficiency with PMS software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years front office or hotel reception experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Proficiency in PMS.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the front desk staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Train and mentor new front desk team members.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational tasks.
