Job summary

Honey Recruitment Specialists in Stellenbosch is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the front desk team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the property.

Previous reception experience is not essential; however, candidates with hospitality or customer service experience will have an advantage. Shifts include morning or afternoon, with every second weekend and no night shifts. Salary is R10,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficient with computers, email and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on arrival.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and via email.
• Assist with general reception duties.
• Handle basic guest administration.
• Maintain accurate guest information.
• Answer queries and direct requests appropriately.
• Assist the Head Receptionist with daily reception activities.
• Follow established procedures and instructions.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
• Communicate guest requests to the appropriate operational team members.
