Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ customer facing experience.
• Proven track record of client liaison and switchboard.
• Matric/Grade 12.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for stakeholders and provide professional interaction.
• Answer telephones, screen and direct calls, and take messages.
• Book and coordinate meeting rooms, arrange catering with baristas.
• Maintain tidy reception area and manage mail flow.
• Adhere to POPIA and protect personal information.
• Represent the company on-brand at all times.
